I already have back-office software. Do I need this?
Your back office is for you; Orbis is for your client. It doesn’t replace it: it works alongside it and shows travellers what you’ve already arranged.
My clients aren’t comfortable with technology.
There’s nothing to download: it’s a link, and they sign in with an email code. Reminders also arrive by email.
I don’t have time to upload everything.
We set up your first month. With the AI assistant you just paste the itinerary or write a sentence.
What does it cost?
Plans start at €49 a month (excl. VAT) for an agency with one staff member. The Agency plan, with the AI assistant and more staff, starts at €99 a month. For networks and tour operators we prepare a custom quote.
Do my clients need to download an app?
No. Orbis is a web app: it opens in the browser from a link, on any phone. Anyone who wants can add it to the Home Screen and use it like an app.
What about my clients’ data?
Your clients stay yours. Data is hosted in the European Union, you can export it any time, and we sign a GDPR data processing agreement (DPA).
What if you shut down one day?
Export everything at any time. After the pilot, the contract is month to month.
