Who we are
The service is provided by Davide Zampognaro, owner of the Orbis project, based in Rome (Italy), VAT no. IT18420201008, email [email protected].
Use of the site
The site content, text, the Orbis brand and the demos are protected by copyright. The demos use sample data for illustration only and are not a contractual offer.
The Orbis service
Orbis is subscription software (SaaS) for professionals only: travel agencies, tour operators and companies. Features, limits and prices of the chosen plan are set out in the signed offer, which prevails over these terms.
Term, price and cancellation
After any pilot period the contract is monthly and renews automatically. You can cancel at any time, effective from the end of the current month. Prices exclude VAT.
Data and agency responsibilities
The agency is the controller of its clients’ data and guarantees it is lawful; Orbis processes it as a processor under the DPA. At the end of the contract you can export all data, which we delete within 30 days.
Availability and liability
We do our best to keep the service running and publish server status. Third-party information (flight status, weather) is provided as received. Except for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, our liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.
Governing law
Italian law applies. The Court of Rome has exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
